called Monday morning 8:00 AM their service guy Nick came out to house at 11:15 AM, i didn't have to hang around the house all day, i appreciated that! Nick replaced two cable's, one of mine was about to break, so he replaced both sides. He did a great job and was finished in about 45 Min. Door works fine and I don't have worry about that cable braking which would cause some major damage. Great job Nick!

Your company gave us exceptional service. Our garage door spring snapped around 9:00 AM and Precision was able to replace the springs at 4:00 PM the same day! Another company I contacted earlier gave me a two week date for the to perform the same service. Nick was very professional and answered all my questions. He did an excellent job!

We called Precision to replace a broken spring as well as another on the same double door. Our technician, John, was prompt, professional as well as personable. After inspection of both garage doors and openers, he provided options for replacement and/or service. Upon completion of his work, both doors (hurricane) are now balanced, open and close smoothly and are much quieter. We could not be more pleased with the service provided by John.

We have been using Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for about 15 years . They have always scheduled our service either on the same day , or the next day at the latest . Today our technician , Doug , replace our opener , and springs . He did a great job ! He explained all our options , pros, cons , and cost in an easy way to understand . We had Nick come and service our garage and he gave outstanding service. He was very professional and helpful and did not try to over charge us. I had other garage door companies come out and give me bids and they tried to upcharge and over exaggerate the problem. Decided to get another bid from Precision and Nick came out and fixed the problem in under a minute. He was very polite and professional. We cannot thank Nick from Precision Doors enough. I will use them every time from here on out. I suggest calling Precision for any issues you have.

NICK ALFARO was outstanding!! He was honest, caring, fast and precise. I had a lot of skepticism about the whole process because I am not someone who easily trusts others with my personal belongings. I have been blessed to own a $700,000 home and I had an very expensive car parked in the garage that I could not get out because the garage door would not open. But immediately upon arrival, I saw Nick take great care to watch out for things in and around my home/doors, floors, walls, etc., and he was extremely careful not to hit my car while moving equipment and around my vehicle in order to get the door back in working condition by replacing the broken garage door springs. I could just tell from the character of the young man, from the way he conducted himself, that he was someone who could be TRUSTED. Unlike any time before in these situations, I left Nick completely alone to do the job and he was OUTSTANDING and amazing quick. After the job was done, there was not a scratch or ding on my home/vehicle or any other personal belongings. I could also tell that he was being fair and upfront about pricing - nothing hidden. I WILL RECOMMEND PRECISION IN THE FUTURE JUST BECAUSE OF NICK.

The garage door opener broke( the spring mechanism), and our car was in the garage, and we could not open the garage door manually. Called the company that installed the garage door opener, and was told that they couldn’t come for 7 to 10 days. Then called Precision Garage Door, and got an appointment at 8:00 for the next morning. They were prompt, and courteous , and the repairman, Doug Mason, was very competent, and fixed the problem within an hour. Could not recommend a company more!

Technician recommended replacing the motor before even checking anything. (at a minimum of $599 plus tax and installation), I considered dismissing him immediately, but told him to check it out first since I was already on the hook for $79 service call. Sure enough it was a burned out capacitator. He then broke a wire solderless disconnect end, but didn't have any on the truck to replace it with, so I had to drive to the hardware store to buy a box of blade-ends, and didn't charge him my usual $75.00 per hour fee for having to go buy parts for the service company who came unprepared. I ended up paying $234.00 for a $29.00 capacitor, not happy how you do business, would now not recommend Precision. 941-724-9610 or email scottgrierc3@comcast.net

I chose Precision because they were available to come out the same day. Another company I called couldn't come for a week. My car was trapped inside so I needed it fixed pronto. I'm extremely happy with the result. The door is now super quiet and the new motor is great. Doug did a great job with the installation. Everything works perfectly. The price was higher than I expected but the quality and speed of service is excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Called for Service since was unable to close the door. Your man came looked at the door and then moved the electrical box at the bottom of the track and voila the door worked again. Since our Recycly bin is located right near that box, one of my wife's caregiver must have hit it when moving the bin. The process lasted a few minutes and I was charged $ 79.95 I showed him one of your flyers I had saved that offered $ 29.95 for a Service call. He told me that offer had expired even thought there was no Expiration date on it. For this type of Service I think $ 29.95 would be appropriate, because within 5 minutes he was on his way to another Service call. I am 92 years old and living on Social Security and feel that $ 79.95 is overcharging. By the way your company replaced my springs several years ago and that's why I called you again.

My garage door opener was working fine before you came, the issue I had you repair was the sagging of the door, which was repaired, however now the garage door doesn't open or close with the opener. You want to charge me $699 for a new opener when the one I had worked prior to you coming to my house. I would expect that you could certainly do much better than this price, afterall it worked before you came and it doesn't now. I'd like to speak to a decision maker above Ben's level so we can rectify this unfortunate situation.
