Representative was professional and efficient. The estimated price for a new hurricane garage door was in the range I expected. The representative was thorough in explaining the estimate - including that part of the garage had to be empty for the installation. Very logical requirement but at this time, that’s not possible. I will definitely call this company again when the work can be done

The work was done by a really nice guy. I think his name was Nick I’m bad with names the price was very reasonable and my door works like a charm. I will hardly suggest that you use this company if you need garage doors or repairs.

I called Friday to make appointment for a tune up on our garage door and opener. They set for Monday with 4 hour window. They arrived on time. Called and knocked at door to make sure I was home. Price was reasonable. Tech was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I a happy customer.

Our garage door would not open and our car was inside. I called Precision mid morning and they were able to get a technician to our place by 4PM. Nick was very knowledgeable and professional and quickly replaced the broken J arm. He then identified and fixed another problem which had been causing the door to open and close erratically. He explained it was temporary due to the ages of the various parts of the system. He provided us with detailed estimates of the work which we plan to have done in the near future. We were extremely pleased with his patience and thoroughness in explaining everything and will request him to do the work.

This is the 2nd time we called Precision Garage Doors. 1st time was 3 years ago and they fixed our door on time and it worked great and was quiet after he work was done. Absolutely fantastic! My garage door failed completely at 3:30 in the afternoon. Everything. Cables, lift arm, springs, lift machine, everything. I live alone and couldn’t get my car out. A competitor company couldn’t help me for a week. Called Precision. They had a service man on my property in two hours. He worked 3.5 hours, replacing the entire system, reprogramming my vehicle, reprogramming the outside keypad, everything. No one has service like this anymore. I am now a loyal Precision customer. Precision Door has been our go to GDO service company for the past 10 years (Ohio and now Florida I called on Wed. Night and was scheduled on Thursday. The tech who came out (Doug) was not only courteous and personable but spotted the problem in 2 minutes. An hour later my door was operational. A neighbor came over to talk to Doug and a gave both Precision Dood AND Doug high marks for their prompt and efficient service.

Precision replaced a broken spring, and the garage door works fine. That's the good news. The bad news is the hard sell to buy two springs and new bearings, which we didn't need. To do what the installer wanted us to do was over twice the price we paid.

Our garage door guide track buckled and the cables to the spring snapped leaving the door unable to be opened even manually trapping the cars inside. Technician Matt Jones came within 24 hours and replaced the entire system . He was professional, had all the parts in his van and was able to complete the entire job of track. motor, sensors, and spring replacement all within 2 hours. Total opposite of dealing with D & D Garage Door who said the earliest they could come would be 11 days. We waited the 11 days and they no showed, without any call. They made up some bogus excuse when called and said they could come in another week!
