Your staff were most helpful and courteous when I called to see if you could resolve the garage door problem I was having. An appointment was scheduled for the following morning. Your rep. Fischer showed and apologized for being a bit late saying he hadn't been able to call me to tell me because of the AT&T cell system outage. I was aware of it but didn't know it was affecting most of the country. He listened to my description of the problems I had been having and my attempts to fix the problems. He did a bit of investigating as well, then put together a set of options for me to review and decide what I wanted done. Most helpful. When I decided what I wanted, he got to work right away. There was a lot to do and he took no brakes getting everything as soon as he could. When all updates were done, he explained everything to me and should how all new/different controls work. I'm very happy with his efforts. Thanks Fischer!

Great Experience with Precision! Tried to get my original company from 6 years ago. Unfortunately, they couldn't service for almost three weeks! So having heard good things about Precision and was familiar with their advertising, I decided to give them the job! Matt Jones showed up the very next morning and did a great job completely servicing my garage door and system! Matt was very personable and professional. Highly recommend Precision!

Contacted Precision Door on Saturday & much to my surprise & great fulness Precision field mechanic showed up without any premium Sunday charge too repair my garage door. Without trying to sell me a door. The representative Was knowledgeable, courteyes and repaired my door. Very satisfied & would highly recommend them to my family & friends.

The spring on our garage door broke. This obviously caused a serious inconvenience for us. Other garage door companies were not available for several days. Precision offered a repair the same day and in fact showed up early. The technician was very professional, gave us a detailed explanation of the planned repairs and performed the work as described. They even included a picture of our technician so we would know who to expect. It was a wonderful experience.

Good service but waited a week for appointment. Opener is 1.5 years old. Out of warranty. Remote outside door panel deprogramed for no reason twice so replaced it. (It even looks cheap and flimsy). I asked if there was a better version of the remote panel, ANSWER "Yes"! Why didn't you tell me at the time of original purchase that you recommend the better version. Even my renters knew that and had the same experience at their home. GET THE UPGRADED REMOTE PANEL WITH YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE

Good morning and thank you for your review. After reviewing your account it appears that your motor was installed February 3 ,2021. Your install date was just shy of three years old by about one week. Your warranty for all electronics is 1 year which was two years outside of warranty. When installed we can only install what the manufacturer has available and include in their box. In your case it was the Liftmaster motor with the included keypad. There is not an upgraded or "better version" keypad as it is not an option that any of the manufacturers offer. Specific Keypads go with specific motors and with the exception of the universal keypads, the keypads are not interchangeable. The keypad may switch appearance if the manufacturer changes their keypad look but it is the same exact electronics boards in the keypads operating on the same frequency and with the same operational functionality. Please feel free to call our main office and speak with our General Manager with any questions but hopefully this helps clarify the mis-information.

First experience with Precision - very happy we made the switch. Called on a Friday and was given a Sunday (!) appt. Email came directly after phone call confirming our information and appointment. On day of appt the technician called 10 minutes ahead to let us know he was running ahead of schedule and to see if he could arrive two hours early. Friendly and professional throughout appt. Quoted the different options, completed work and explained all new equipment. Precision has commercials on the local news station every morning, so their name was forefront in our minds when we Googled for a new garage door service provider :) They currently have a 4.8 rating, but our experience was 5 star. Thank you!

Contacting Precision Garage to make an appointment was easy and problem-free. I got an appointment quickly; Justin, the tech, came out as scheduled and did a great job repairing my issues. Our 30 year old garage door decided not to open. We tried the usual tricks, but alas, no go. We Googled "garage door repair near me". It was Saturday, and their ad said "24 hrs". We called and got a live person, who said they could have someone out tomorrow...Sunday. At 10 the next day, Doug showed up, and got to work. Awhile later, he explained the problem: unit fried. Options for repair, $800 - $1,350. We selected the lower option which, nevertheless, included new base unit, slide bar, sensors, new controllers, code pads, and installation. Took less than 3 hrs. Very personable, knowledgeable and consciousness. Instructed us on the new mechanisms and waited to be sure it all worked and we knew how to work it all. He was clean and even programed our vehicle for the new unit. Yeah, we were hoping not to spend that much money, but what doesn't cost more than you want when it comes to your house!! Upshot ...they were prompt and efficient. What else could you ask for?
