5 Stars! Called Precision Doors out of the Best Deals Book expecting to get the best value and service for my money. My garage door jammed a day before the arrival of tropical storm Hermine. Called the number in the magazine and scheduled a service appointment asap! The girl on the phone was very helpful and told me someone would arrive the next day, which I really appreciated. Next day Leigh called me first thing and told me he was on his way to fix my garage door. The service tech clearly explained why my garage door stopped working and my options for repairs. I ended up needing to replace the main spring along the top of my garage door because it broke. He also replaced the remote keypad which stopped working a while back I but didn't have time to get to it yet. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for your repairs or new garage door installation needs. They were prompt, fast and I ended getting the best deal on my repairs!

Would have been unhappy if service not provided by nightfall due to security reason; also problem of Dove which kept flying in to make a nest when the garage door open. Service tech was on the alert and shooed the bird out while doing repair.

I was especially happy with the quick service response, so not once did we have to open and close the door by hand. The technician was awesome and I told him so. He went above and beyond to explain what he was doing and why and what could be done to improve the mechanics of the doors for future repairs. Our neighbor was having their door replaced on Tuesday, don't you know the Saturday night before their spring broke and they could not open their door.
