This is only the second time I have called Precision to help me with my garage door problems. Initially I first called Precision about 5 years ago to update my garage door, which you did quickly and at a very resonable price. I did not need any further help for my garage door until last month, right after Irma visited our area. My garage door would not close correctly- a minor adjustment that your service person quickly identified and quickly fixed. He also adjusted one of the wheels on the door, put on a new rubber bottom on the door and then lubricated each of the wheels that assist the door in opening and closing. Your service person was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable about finding the correct solutions to my garage door problems. As far as I am concerned, Percision is the perfect company to take care of all my garage door problems!

I am very pleased with your service. I had a problem with the garage door, that was resolved by Leigh (please correct the name if it is wrong) in a very professional manner. He explained to me the problem, what could be done and the cost. Very pleasant gentleman. He fixed it, and ask me to try to see if it was working right. After Hurricane Irma hit, my garage door wouldn't go up. I called Precision the next day and they were highly responsive. Lee, who was a real professional, came out and made the necessary adjustments so that the door was aligned again and functioning. I would highly recommend Precision! They were great.

The service tech was early, very nice. He listened to my concerns, addressed them and went about his work. Very professional. Then, he inspected the entire system and made a minor change in alignment and operation. Thought he went the extra mile to insure a satisfied customer. Glad I found this company, a few years ago, to handle any issues with the garage door.

I always call Precision Garage repair when I have a problem because I have always received professional and speedy service from the technicians. They have all been very competent and customer friendly. Today I also received professional and friendly service from Alex for a minor repair.
