As prices for everything rise our other option was to raise our prices which we chose not to do since we can still offer that small percentage of savings to our customers if they use any of the forms of payment we accept in house. I have had great customer service with Precision. We purchased new doors and there was a problem with the finish. They came out to inspect, then they ordered new doors for us. No problem, no drama. I called and two days later you had someone here. I was so busy with work from home meetings I did not have time to talk much with the service tech, he understood that. I explained my outside panel was broken on my garage but was also looking for a wifi solution add on. I ran back to my meeting, 30 min later I had a new panel and wifi MyQ solution installed. Fast service. I just configure the My Q and it is working perfectly. Thank you for handling this and understanding I was busy when you arrived. Amazing service

Excellent tune-up service! Justin was very knowledgeable and professional. He called 20 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on his way. He took time to explain the work he completed and why he completed it. He also educated me on some potential issues in the future, given the age of our door opener. He stopped the squeaks, tightened the chain and adjusted the downward speed of the door. Works and sounds great! I will definitely use them again.

One of the springs on our garage door broker yesterday (sunday). When I called later in the day I was surprised when I found out that a tech could be on site between 8 and 12 the next day (monday). I expressed concern that my 22 year old opener would probably need replacing as well. Monday morning Lee came, on time, and did the whole job (new springs, cables, rollers, and the opener) in under 2 hours. He was personable, professional, and did a perfect job !!!
