Alex was the technician who repaired my garage door . He was efficient and knowledgeable. After identifying and repairing the problem, he also suggested replacing my rusty rollers with nylon rollers for more effiicentcy and a quieter door. I was most pleased with his service .

I called at 10:15pm on a weekday and they sent a service person out the next morning by 11am. He was friendly, professional and was knowledgeable. He was able to get our garage door fixed within 30 minutes and the charges were very reasonable. We will definitely continue to use this company and we highly recommend them for great service.

The technician ,Joseph #24, was very professional and patient,as he had to explain what was wrong with the opener a few times. (This girl is not very technical).Had to replace a gear in the motor, chain and springs. He was waiting for me to arrive home from work and had it repaired in no time. Thank you Joseph.

Live in World Tennis Center in Naples, FL. As Murphy's law would have it my garage door coils broke Saturday evening around 6:45 pm. Called Precision and scheduled a Monday appointment. Doug came out, reviewed the problem, made a suggestion or two; and fixed all that was broken in less than an hour! No doubt if something goes awry again who I'm going to call.

My main reason to call this company was the reasonable price for the visit/diagnostic. Seth changed the circuit board that was the whole problem. Very professional, very fast working, he programed my door openers and the one on the wall too. Very please with the job and the price. I will call them again for any problem with my garaje door.
