She told me what time to expect the service person, and she told me his name. When the schudule information came to my email, I was able to access information about Alex. The picture and bio were great information, especially for safety. Alex called to say he would be earlier than the scheduled time and asked if I would be home. Alex was most helpful, patient, and informative. He didn’t mind my watching while he worked and answered all my questions. HE DESERVES A 5 STAR RATING. ?????????? ????

Lee came to my house (earlier than expected and called me first which was great!) Right away he determined that I needed a new sensor and told me the cost. In no time, he had it repaired.
