My door spring broke on a Sunday and I was unable to open the door. I contacted Precision and they came first thing Monday. Joe repaired and serviced the door and it worked like brand new. Very efficient and informative. Left everything spotless. Would have him back anytime.

My garage door openers weren't working - they wouldn't work to close the garage door. After much research, I realized I needed a new system. I called Precision because I've used them before - when the spring broke on the garage door. Once again, they were right on time (even a bit early!), diagnosised the issue, and gave me options for replacing the opener. After installation, they took the time to go over the operation of the new system. Service was great, and the price was as expected.

As a former business owner, I know the value of an experienced, thoughtful and knowledgeable employee. Joseph fit that bill. We had a garage door making a loud noise when opened...... and had only been in a brand new coach home for under 1.5 years. In our previous home of 12 years, I had used Precision on a couple of occasions, so it was natural for me to call them again. I had next day service! We avoided a huge problem by Joseph being able to know what was wrong, to know how to fix it AND have the parts in his truck.

We are moving into new condo. prior owner did not use liftmaster garage openers so we needed new ones. two other companies I called could not give me guaranteed arrival time, and twice failed to appear in the two hour window they gave. Friday, I saw Precision truck down the street. driver not there so I called. appointment was set up for later in the day. one hour later tech called and was there. checked out our old system; installed two new super openers, and gave an evaluation of the door and what might be needed and what was not needed, plus estimate. and did it "social distancing". Joe, the tech, was very, very good and efficient. I was impressed. cost was a bit high, it seemed to me, but service was excellent and timely.

The first garage door company we tried was a total dud. They said they needed to order parts, left… and we never heard back from them again – That was four weeks ago! This time we tried Precision Overhead Garage Door. Our repairman, Joe showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the two issues we had with our door. He explained our options, gave us a quick estimate and completely resolved the issues – All the required parts were on his truck, so the repairs happened on the spot!! Joe took the time to explain the solution, showed us ways to keep ahead of future issues and provided recommendations and options for upgrades down the road if our 20-year old door ever required it. Joe was a total pro, super knowledgeable and clearly had years of experience. I totally trust this company and highly recommend them -- Five stars!!!!!
