Technician Joe came to work on our garage door as it did not always want to close. He found the problem immediately - one of the sensor wires was loose and causing a short. He corrected it and taped the wires securely on both sensors. He reviewed several items with us to help us better understand possible issues and to watch the main light and count number of flashes, this would help us identify what the problem area might be. He was very courteous and extremely helpful and called to see if he could come ahead of schedule since he was in our area. We appreciated his professionalism.

Do to the Covid pandemic, we were set a little behind schedule. However, we were kept informed throughout the process. When our door came in to be installed, Charles and Mike were very professional, trustworthy, and polite. I was absolutely delighted to have them on my property. From previous positive experience several years ago, I called Precision for a current issue. They were able to schedule the repair in less than 24 hours. When they arrived, they quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the broken cable, electronically accepted by credit card payment and issued a receipt via email all within 30 minutes. Repair is guaranteed for a year. Will call again if a problem and will recommend to anyone needing garage door repair/replacement.
