You were recommended by a friend. Your technician Joe showed up to diagnose the problem which turned out to be a failed circuit board so none of the remotes worked. He did not have the board in his truck and rearranged his schedule for the next day to return and replace the board. Both Joe and his assistant were very professional, outgoing and friendly. I could not have asked for better service. A great experience.

The service was fine, two springs were replaced. One was broken, however, the technician recommended I replace both due to the fact the other could break at anytime. I called my brother, who knows about these things, he suggested I get both springs replaced and said the price was resonable. The technician was polite and professional. If I need repairs in the future, I will certainly call Presision.

Travis came to correct a faulty wiring installation! He called to make sure we were available, as it was later than the 12:00 noon appointment that was scheduled!! Technician Joe came to work on our garage door as it did not always want to close. He found the problem immediately - one of the sensor wires was loose and causing a short. He corrected it and taped the wires securely on both sensors. He reviewed several items with us to help us better understand possible issues and to watch the main light and count number of flashes, this would help us identify what the problem area might be. He was very courteous and extremely helpful and called to see if he could come ahead of schedule since he was in our area. We appreciated his professionalism.

Had a different company come out first who quoted us $600+ to replace everything but the door itself and we balked and called these guys a week later. They came in and pressed the reset button and charged us a nominal fee which we gladly paid. These are truly honest people. THANK YOU!
