I would give zero stars if I could. I had a new side mount opener installed 2 years ago and have had to have it serviced twice already and the last time they could not get it to operate properly. It took 2 calls to get the manager on the phone and then he said they would definitely get the door working properly and then passed it off to Ben who was suppose to contact me but has not done so in over a week. I will have to get another company to fix the issue even though the opener is still under warranty but apparently this company could care less.

Gage came out yesterday to replace springs on my garage door and did a terrific job. He was very polite, efficient and knowledgeable and the job was completed in about 90 minutes. Not only is my door operating again but Gage lubricated several points on the cable pulley system and the raising/ lowering process is much less noisy….Precision, and Gage, get high points from me! Thank you guys!

I first chose Precision when I closed on my house on a Friday evening at 5 pm in 2019. As soon as I came home from the closing, I discovered the garage door wouldn’t close all the way. Precision was the only place I could find that would come out on a Saturday (and they were coming from Sarasota to Naples). I have been a customer ever since and they have never disappointed me. I arranged for an appointment after discussing what I wanted done with the appointment scheduler. When the tech arrived he told me that he could not provide me what I wanted. He was there for less than 5 minutes, yet I was still charged $75!

Response time was good. I was told $79.95 plus parts. Serviceman seemed inexperienced with a garage chain disconnect and then asked for two hours of labor. He was there a bit less than an hour. H explained that labor expanded to a full additional hour after 6 minutes. When he was questioned, and text confirmed his timing, the labor was reduced to one hour. he company wanted to charge 3.9% even for payment through a debit card. It was very disappointing given that Precision was recommended ot me through other homeowners at Fiddler's. I can't recommend.

If there was a way to give a 10 star rating- I would do so. I called Precision Garage Door at 10:30, and by 11:30 Luke showed up. He did call me before hand just like was explained to me. He not only fixed the bottom of my garage door, but he did a tune up as well. Previous to this, I was told by a less adequate company that I would need to spend 5-6K on a new garage door, and that my springs were broken (which I had just replaced 2 years ago). Another company couldn't even get me on the list- which happened twice in one week. Luke was so professional in his knowledge and demeanor, and he put my mind (and wallet) at ease. As a realtor, I shall be recommending both Precision Door and Luke to future customers.

We called Precision Door to get a quote for a new hurricane grade garage door. Your representative came to our home, on time and reviewed our current situation. He explained that our new motor was the most up to date and that our door was in good shape but the noise as it was opening and closing could be alleviated by a good service. After dealing with another company for 3 months without any results, it was such a pleasure to get a true professional, Within few minute your employee Luke knew what was wrong and what was needed to be done to fix a problem. After fixing a mess made by another company, he realized springs installed were not the wright springs for that door. He installed new springs and door is working perfectly as it should. Called and asked for a quote on spring replacement and was told it would be between $299 and $399... they had a $79 service charge which they said they would wave. When the technician arrived, he said it would be $999. I thanked him and told him I already had quotes $500 less. He then tried to charge me the $79 service fee until I talked to the manager.
