I'm new to the Fort Myers area. I always check the Better Business Bureau sight when I need a contractor. I'm really glad I chose this company and they sent Josh S. out to help me. He could not have been nicer. He really worked on my issue with my garage door and did not overcharge me for things I did not need. I felt he was fair and prompt. I cannot say enough good things about my introduction with this company and this wonderful tech. Thank you so much.

Wow ... came that day so my car was stuck in the garage only that day! Joe was great, friendly, relaxed, knowledgeable. Arrived around 5:30, worked in the dark with his lights and fan! Didn't rush, we felt as if we were the only thing on his mind, for sure. He did a great job! Would absolutely recommend Precision!

Seth was a terrific installer. He knows what he is doing and even though he sold me maintenance that was needed, I felt no pressure to purchase anything. Once he completed his work he wrote up the bill, explained all the charges and asked if i was satisfied. The garage door works great now.

Seth did a great job repairing the broken garage door opener. He made an extra effort to get it done in one day. After finding the belt he needed was not on his truck, he located one on anothr tech's truck, fetched it and fixed it. Yay! Done!

Called your company to fix our garage door on a Friday around 4 PM and we had a service man here by 7 PM the same evening. He fixed the spring that broke and explained everything to us.
