Ryan the Technician did a great job. He was very professional and meticulous. He repaired the area that was affected by Hurricane Irma as well as doing a complete inspection and lubricating areas that require lubrication. Very happy with the entire Precision experience; * A real person answered my call ; very professional * the appointment process was easy * I received an appointment email confirmation, * I received a call from technician prior to arrival, * technician being on time * fixing our garage door issue for agreed upon price * Receiving a survey by email I hope we do not have any future issues, but if we do, we will certainly call Precision.

Alex is very professional, very well versed on what needed to be done, plus various options to choose from. He was quick, precise, and showed me what he had to do. Really nice, he showed me how to check things, how to lubricate the rollers, hinges, (and even advised me that if I wear glassed, (I do) how to approach and spray.) Now that is SERVICE!! He even started to rearrange the "stuff" in the garage that I moved so he would have room to work. I would ask that you double my choice to 10 stars!! Will I recommend your service? Yes, most definitely!!!
