Repairman called before arriving. Found the problem, had the part to fix the problem and made the repair. Repairman was courteous, performed an inspection of the entire door and made some suggestions. No high pressure sales for additional work. Very satisfied.

We neeed a garage door company to assess, repair, or replace our garage door after damaged by hurricane Irma. I saw an ad in a local mailer, called, and I can say it was a good experience. Alex is very professional, very well versed on what needed to be done, plus various options to choose from. He was quick, precise, and showed me what he had to do. Really nice, he showed me how to check things, how to lubricate the rollers, hinges, (and even advised me that if I wear glassed, (I do) how to approach and spray.) Now that is SERVICE!! He even started to rearrange the "stuff" in the garage that I moved so he would have room to work. I would ask that you double my choice to 10 stars!! Will I recommend your service? Yes, most definitely!!!

Alex did not come on time he actually called and came early. He did a review of our garage door opener and asked what I thought I wanted to do. Told him I wanted a new opener and he gave me the costs for various options, I selected a belt driven one and it was then installed by Alex in a couple of hours. The door now opens and closes so quietly you don't know it is operating. Alex reviewed the entire system with me and all was good. I would recommend Alex to do any work on our garage door.

Mark was very efficient and knew what the problem was immediately. He had to replace bolts that had fallen out and did a tune-up which I believe had never been done in the 10 years (age of house). Now, the garage door opens and closes very quietly and smoothly. I would like to give Mark and Precision 6 stars!!!
