I wasn't going to write a review because I don't really like all this technology but after my garage door was serviced by Precision Garage Door I have to let you know how happy I am with the result. It's like I have a new door! From the person who answered my phone call to the person who did the actual repair I was treated with courtesy and respect. I was given several options as to what would resolve my problem and also shown what was causing my problem which made a decision much easier! The work was completed in short order and I thought the price was fair. Since we use our garage door more then the front door it just makes me smile that it now opens so smoothly and is so much more quiet. Should have done it sooner! Thank you for providing such an excellent service.

Called them on Saturday morning. They scheduled for Sunday morning. And this was after Milton had gone through. Anyway the tech showed on time and had the garage door work completed before noon. This included a complete installation of new cables , spring and lift motor. The tech was knowledgeable and nice in doing the work. I would definitely call Precision again if needed.

Both techs were very professional in letting me know the problems with the garage door and what my options were for repair. Spring broke Saturday morning. Techs were here early Sunday morning. Amazing. Josh and Tom were polite and efficient. I chose the upgraded springs which they explained the difference to me. My door is fixed already. Precision put in the old springs just over 10 years ago. I was happy with them then which is why I called them again. I will definitely use Precision for any and all future garage door issues. Thanks guys.

We can’t thank you enough! The garage door was giving us problems, not always opening or closing so I called and got an appointment. However, once my husband was home from golf, we found the door would not open, and manually did not work! We called and explained our dilemma- our car and golf cart were locked in. The person who answered our call took a few minutes and before we knew it had arranged an emergency visit. Within the hour a young man named Mike came and in one hour had everything fixed. He even checked to see if our remotes needed reprogramming, which they did. A wonderful all-around experience!we would recommend your company without hesitation!
