Danielle set me up on a Sunday afternoon for a Monday AM spring and roller replacement; efficient, friendly, and fast. Fischer arrived on time with helper Luke, and they did the job in an hour. Door sounds better than it has for years, and springs should be good for 10 plus years. Fischer went through the quote in detail and helped me make informed decisions. Start to finish, this is a great company to work with.

We used Precision for the first time today and were totally satisfied. From scheduling the service call to Fisher (our tech), we were impressed. As a former small business owner, I know how difficult running a business can be, but Precision did an excellent job. Fisher examined the job and then gave us options. Once we decided, he proceeded with the job and before we knew it, he was done. He took the time and explained all that he did. He was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and kind. I was in trouble! My garage door would not open. I searched the internet and after trying some simple remedies I realized it was my springs. I couldn’t even disengage the door then open it. I called the garage door company labeled on the door but they couldn’t service mine for a week and a half. Called Precision Doors and they were here the next day. The rep gave me three options considering the door was 12 years old. No pressure just information so we could make a choice. After I choose an option it was fixed immediately. Precision was very professional from the first contact to their truck driving away.

I called for an appointment on a Monday and that next day at the appointed time, actually a little earlier, Shawn stopped by. He explained what I needed and commenced to complete the job in the time he stated. My garage door, as he mentioned, operated more quietly and smoothly than before.
