We had a problem with our garage door opening & closing as it would stick, close partially then stick and roll back up. Brett our service man was very professional ...fixed the problem and also changed the drums and cables which were frayed on either side of our garage door. Excellent service and personable young man.

From the initial call to the final repair everyone at Precision Garage Door was professional and courteous. Brian the service technician was on time and once he diagnosted the problem patiently explained my 3 options and the cost of each option to complete the repair. Justin was a true professional and explained the pro & cons of replacing circuitry on old opener verses installing new opener. Had him install new one which operated very quiet compared to old. I phoned about problems with our garage door and Brian arrived a few hours later. He gave us some options and then installed a new motor, rollers, switches and sensors, and belt system.
