My garage door was loud and having issues going up and didn’t want to come down, the sunshine would mess with the sensors, I tried myself to adjust the sensors. After years of doing this, I was fed up! Just fed up with the whole door! I hesitated to call anyone, and when I did call, some places said the would be out next week. I couldn’t wait that long. I called Precision, I got an appointment the very next day! Brian was my service tech, and let me tell you, this guy is just super awesome! He is very knowledgeable. experienced and just a shear pleasure to speak with! I am so happy I made that call to Precision! Thank you ever so much Brian and the whole Precision staff.

Our spring on the double garage door was broken, locking both of our cars (and us) in. On the day before Thanksgiving, we called Precision and explained our predicament. Despite being completely scheduled for the day, the very pleasant, helpful woman on the phone said she's fit us in later that afternoon. The company that installed our garage doors said, "We can't be there until Monday." Mike arrived within the window of time quoted and did a very professional job in correcting the problem and installing the new equipment needed. He explained the various options we could choose from and the guarantees included with each option. He did the work and fixed our door. We highly recommend this very responsive company and Mike, the technician.

Brett came on time and examined the structure and performance problem. There was no clear cause, but there were several possibilities, which he made some adjustments to correct. The door was functioning well whenhe finished inspecting and tweaking. He charged us nothing at all for the visit or labor and no parts were purchased. He was friendly and smart and promised to figure out any possible further problems, should they occur. We called Precision because our customary service provider was overbooked and we needed to get the door opening and closing properly. We will call Precision the first time next time. Thank you.

Brian our service technician did an excellent job!!! He was friendly and very professional!! He explained what needed to be done, got the job done efficiently, cleaned up and explained the new system, showing us how to use it and also set our car’s garage door buttons!! When I booked the work I was told that the service call would be $49.95 and the spring would cost $225. The technician said I needed 2 springs and that the rollers, the cables and various other components needed replacing. The total cost was $900. A significant increase over the $275 that I was anticipating. Your estimating needs to be improved. Also, the technician said that the work was covered by a 7 year warranty but didn’t mention that it was contingent upon a regular annual maintenance by your company. Very disappointing and very expensive.

I just moved in and my garage door broke ! Chris called me 30 mins. before he arrived, told me when he would be at my home. He showed up, he was very personable and courteous! He looked over my garage door and , right up front, told me the price. He then asked if I needed anything else done or looked at! He told me it would take 30 mins., asked if he could play some music. He then, without hesitation, helped with the code on the other garage door! Precision will be my go to company from here on ! Chris was awesome !

Called for a repair on my broken garage door spring. Not only was I surprised an appointment was available the same day, but within a 1/2 hour Derrick was here. New to the area and needed to program my key pad and a new rubber seal on the bottom of the door. I googled Garage doors and saw that they had a 5 start rating and a A+ on BBB. Deric was my Installer and he was awesome. I will definitely call them again for any garage door needs.

The service technician was Gaetano Castiglione and he did a thorough inspection of our Precision door opener and found it in fine working condition. This says a lot for the quality of Precision equipment since it was installed four years ago and we are just now having it checked over.

this poor review is more about company management than the tech. as a result of the installation of new springs the door opener motor was damaged. i thought i was being very generous in suggesting that they fix or replace the motor and i would pay their cost. i was only offered a $50 discount and installation. i.e. $500 job for $400. given that they caused the problem i thought this was unfair. I will be using another company even if i end up paying more. very unhappy with their response to this issue.

The Tech called when he was on his way, he came early (Which made me happy) We called for a new spring. I asked about a new system all together which he replied that it wasn't necessary but he would give me a quote. The Quote was very reasonable, and the system was older so we went with the new one. He was VERY Professional, fast, and helped re-key my two cars to connect to the new garage door opener. I can't say enough good things about the company or tech. We made the right decision on using them.
