Lee was awesome. Our window was 10-2 and he was here right at 10. As soon as he came in, he explained the process and that the $118 springs were for different doors. We are in Florida. Lee was quick and courteous! Just as an aside, the ladies at the answering center should be better prepared to explain that most people would not be using the $118 springs.

Our technician Joseph was highly recommended by a friend.. he was extraordinary in communication as I am a nurse and answered all the questions I would have had(without asking the appropriate ones even) so that I would understand the history of my existing equipment, detailed options for repair and how that would effect my highly used entrance in the future.. that made it easy for me to respond and the perfect work to be quickly and efficiently done in the time they stated!! Outstanding and personable in service.. thanks soo much!!!

We were unable to close our garage door using the key pads or remotes. Joe, the Service Technician, arrived at our home on time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained what caused the issue and he provided us with several options to repair problem. At the conclusion of the repair, Joe explained in detail the operation of our new equipment. In addition to his technical expertise, Joe appeared to be honest and sincere with customer service being his primary goal. I was very happy with the service provided by Precision Door and I would highly recommend this company for any garage door repair or service.

Great service! Technician called and arrived early, knew the likely problem immediately, and fixed the door. He didn’t recommend pricey equipment repcement, just adjusted what we have. He even made some further adjustments to make the door move more smoothly and quietly. Great job!

We have purchased a garage door...and had it installed...the service was good...the technician fluent in his responses.... We, later, had an odd “glitch”...the “door closing/opening” mechanism was responding irrationally!!! We requested a recall to correct opening-closing...we got a good, ready response and the problem is (we hope!!)solved....the first technician was John and the follow up Techician was Joe.....

I would give this company a 5 star rating. Being a new homeowner here in Florida we really lucked out in calling this company via seeing a commercial on tv. Our technician was a very professional young man whose name was Lee. He kept us informed when he would arrive and was on time. The service was excellent. Lee explained what had to be repaired and why the damage had occurred and advised us how to avoid it happening in the future. My husband and I felt we made a very good choice in asking this company for help.

She told me what time to expect the service person, and she told me his name. When the schudule information came to my email, I was able to access information about Alex. The picture and bio were great information, especially for safety. Alex called to say he would be earlier than the scheduled time and asked if I would be home. Alex was most helpful, patient, and informative. He didn’t mind my watching while he worked and answered all my questions. HE DESERVES A 5 STAR RATING. ?????????? ????
