Very happy with the entire Precision experience; * A real person answered my call ; very professional * the appointment process was easy * I received an appointment email confirmation, * I received a call from technician prior to arrival, * technician being on time * fixing our garage door issue for agreed upon price * Receiving a survey by email I hope we do not have any future issues, but if we do, we will certainly call Precision.

Seth did a great job repairing the broken garage door opener. He made an extra effort to get it done in one day. After finding the belt he needed was not on his truck, he located one on anothr tech's truck, fetched it and fixed it. Yay! Done!
