Upon our return after being away for some time our double garage door was berely working and then failed completely. Precion sent Jason a terrific technician early the next morning. He installed a new properly powered motor, belt drive replacing a loud outdated drive, replaced worn out rollers and re balanced the springs. The door works perfectly, is now super quiet. The pricing considering the prompt service, quality product and outstanding technician was fair and a good value.

I had a new garage door and opener installed. Jeremy arrived promptly and began working immediately and never stopped until job was complete. He was very professional, helpful and polite, as well as efficient and extremely knowlegable with the installation. I am extremely happy with total experience including salesman, scheduling of install, and the installation. Door looks beautiful and I love the opener. Thank you!

The garage door technician Gaetano was fantastic. He was professional, timely, courteous and did whatever he could to assist us. Due to his knowledge we are now going to have reinforcements put on our garage door and the insulation removed. Kudos to the services he performed for us. If we ever need anything relating to our garage door we are coming back to Precision Door Service. Definitely five stars.

I was scheduled for Friday afternoon noon - four. No one showed up. I called and the lady said they had double booked the service man. They rescheduled me for the next day and dropped the service call fee. It would have been nice if someone would have called me Friday so I didn't waste 1/2 my day waiting around. The service rep showed up Sat. was very professional and did a great job. Let me know what he was doing and why. Overall was very satisfied with the service but not with the scheduling process. Tom

My problem was addressed immediately and I thank you for that. However, the technician was not informed of your latest offer of a free service call if parts were involved. I was charged for the service call and was told to call the office to negotiate. I frankly didn't have the time. Where I'm at now is that my garage door has been inconsistent with a full closure.

The service person alerted me he could come earlier than scheduled, which was appreciated. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He quickly studied the situation, diagnosed the problem, and presented the solution options. He explained the options and then had me decide. He did not push for more than was needed, which I really did appreciate. When he finished the new opener installation, he patiently explained how everything worked. Net, it was a positive experience, and I would recommend Precision to others.

I was impressed how quickly a door technician could come to check out my garage door. Seth was very courteous and professional. He quoted 3 service options for me to choose from. He replaced my door springs, and put on a new rubber sealer. The springs have a 3-year warranty. I will definitely call Precision again if needed in future.

Needed a new drive belt. I gave it a 4 because although the technician did a great job the cost was a bit high. Just short of $300 to replace a drive belt seem a bit high by $50 - $75 dollars.
