My garage door opener was working fine before you came, the issue I had you repair was the sagging of the door, which was repaired, however now the garage door doesn't open or close with the opener. You want to charge me $699 for a new opener when the one I had worked prior to you coming to my house. I would expect that you could certainly do much better than this price, afterall it worked before you came and it doesn't now. I'd like to speak to a decision maker above Ben's level so we can rectify this unfortunate situation.

Your company gave us exceptional service. Our garage door spring snapped around 9:00 AM and Precision was able to replace the springs at 4:00 PM the same day!
