This new opener (and springs) is smooth and silent and just a pleasure to have. He also programmed my universal remote so now I have three clickers. Too bad all they do is garage doors...

I have been using Precision Door for 7 years now. They installed the new door when I first moved in and have come out to help with several issues and tune ups. Recently I had to replace the Opener. It was the promise of same day service that enticed us to call you. Even though we called at 3 PM, the same day service was given. Justin came and did a very professional repair of our garage door opener that needed a new circuit board. An hour later, when leaving for dinner, we discovered that none of us thought to reprogram the Remote openers to the new circuit board. We thought we would just have to get somebody back the next day. However as we returned to our neighborhood we spotted one of your trucks at our neighbors house. John was there and told us that as soon as he finished he would come over and reprogram the remotes. We are very impressed with the professionalism and helpful attitude of these two fine employees. Installers were right on time (even called ahead to say when they'd arrive), installed the door in less time than I'd expected, left the garage cleaner than when they arrived. Very respectful, pleasant young men. Programmed my car garage door opener, as well. I appreciated the honesty of the estimate given by Precision: another company's estimate charged more money than Precision for the required permit (the cost for which is county controlled). I received good guidance, about choices that I had to make, from Matt, the salesperson. All in all, I highly recommend Precision.

Excellent service! I have a small (golf cart size) garage door that is located in such a way that the previous owners of the house did not even attempt to outfit it with an automatic garage door opener. There was no room to attach a chain drive opener to the ceiling. I gave the challenge to the techs at Precision, and they successfully installed a side mount jack shaft opener that works beautifully. I highly recommend Precision!

We had Precision put in a new garage door motor in our old house. Recently, we downsized into our "last" house. So, when the lift spring on our large double garage door broke last night, I knew that I was only going make one call: To Precision. Justin W came out, and even was able to come early than expected when I prior job wrapped up quickly. Justin was prompt, courteous, and very well informed about our equipment. He had the new springs installed and the door "tuned-up" within a short time. He even helped me understand things about features of this garage door opener that we didn't have on our old one. I couldn't be happier. Justin W gets 5 stars from me! And, I'll certainly continue to recommend Precision to neighbors, friends, and work colleagues.
