Danielle set me up on a Sunday afternoon for a Monday AM spring and roller replacement; efficient, friendly, and fast. Fischer arrived on time with helper Luke, and they did the job in an hour. Door sounds better than it has for years, and springs should be good for 10 plus years. Fischer went through the quote in detail and helped me make informed decisions. Excellent Service. I called mu normal garage door company and they couldn't come out until the following week to repair my broken garage door. Another local vendor was also called and they could not accommodate any service until 4 days later, not even to send a tech to at least get the door opened manually with broken spring to allow us to get our vehicle out .

Spring broke on garage door I called and they came that afternoon. Alex was very professional and I could tell he knew what he was doing. He fixed the spring and also noticed cable was splintering and replaced them also. Explained what he was doing the whole time he was fixing door. I highly recommend if you need garage door service. Pulled into driveway after taking kids to school and my garage door wouldn't open up when I pressed the button. Error message stated, "excessive opening force detected". I tried to open it manually but couldn't. I found Precision Garage door via a reference from a friend, I called and they had a tech out in 3 hours on the same day! Install tech Matt Jones was seriously awesome, he quickly identified a spring had broken, explained how the springs work and why I wasn't able to manually open the door. He gave me a 3 different repair options, cheapest to the more expensive and explained the benefits of each one in detail. My door and hardware was quite old, so I had Matt replace the springs and also all the rollers and cables, opting for the better 7 year warranty on the springs. Matt was done with everything in about an hour, and now our garage door is quieter than it's ever been. I'd definitely use Matt and Precision Garage again in the future!

One of my springs snapped in my 2 car garage... the afternoon I was leaving for a 1 week trip to visit friends and family in Rhode Island. Luckily, my next door neighbor recently had her garage door repaired (by Precision); I had stopped by to offer some suggestions (she's an older lady), but didn't retain the vendor's name. So, I quickly dropped by her place after the "snap" to get the company's name & number. After flying out that night, I called the next day at my sister's place in RI The receptionist was great, and arranged for me to meet a technician the day after I returned to Sarasota. He came first thing in the morning, clearly explained my options with no come-ons or pressure. We quickly agreed on the work & price. He finished the project in around an hour, left a can of lube & provided instructions. Couldn't have been happier with the whole process. Definitely a "5" !
