Rick did a great job replacing our remote (broken from me changing the 9 volt battery that grips too tightly--apparently a common problem). He was efficient, insightful and a great pleasure to deal with. Rating: 5. The opener, a fairly high-end LiftMaster is very good, with battery backup that was highly useful during a one week electricity failure (hurricane Ian) but the remote is flawed and needs to be re-designed.

I am very pleased with Precision Door Service. I had an emergency , broken spring , couldn't open my door at all, with my car "trapped" in the garage. I thought I won't be able to get out for days , since they are very busy now after hurricane Ian. Alex came same day, he was very professional, explained everything , worked quickly , replaced the broken part and inspected the whole door opening mechanism.
