The technician, Mark, called shortly before our appointment and asked if he could arrive a few minutes early. He arrived promptly and according to his request. He introduced himself and inspected our garage doors and immediately saw problems with one of the doors. After pointing out the problem it was clear that a new door was needed. He then scheduled an appointment with the estimator to come out. He was very organized and I was pleased with his efficiency. This was a first encounter with Precision Door and to this point we are very pleased.

After putting up with a garage door opener that only worked part of the time and then stopped working entirely, I called Precision and they quickly got me lined up for a visit from Tom who found out the problem was a faulty circuit board.
