I chose Precision because they were available to come out the same day. Another company I called couldn't come for a week. My car was trapped inside so I needed it fixed pronto. I'm extremely happy with the result. The door is now super quiet and the new motor is great. Doug did a great job with the installation. Everything works perfectly. The price was higher than I expected but the quality and speed of service is excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone.

After a slow decline in my garage door operation finally decided to get it repaired or if need be replaced. Having the parts to my old one being discontinued which I had already checked my service person after discussing the options decided to install a new opener. Called Precision Door towards evening young girl who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and took my message scheduled appointment for next morning at 8 am. Tech Mark called previous to appointment To make sure I had power due to hurricane in our area said yes he was here within 15 minutes. Found and fixed issue.
