Mark your service tech came on Thursday and we discussed my options for a replacement garage door opener as one currently was at 30 years old with worn out remotes and keypad. I decided to purchase the belt drive unit because of the quality features as mentioned shown in website video. The installation by Mark was done very neatly and efficiently. Mark was very personable and explained everything thoroughly. He also programmed the opener in the car.I am very pleased with the end result and certainly recommend them.

Cane down for a quick stay and found the door not operating. Seth came out the next morning and fixed the door in 10 minutes. Very knowledgeable, and professional. Left some silicone spray and instructions to help keeping the opener working properly, and saving on a service call. Thanks Precision Door.

She told me what time to expect the service person, and she told me his name. When the schudule information came to my email, I was able to access information about Alex. The picture and bio were great information, especially for safety. Alex called to say he would be earlier than the scheduled time and asked if I would be home.
