Alex arrived early, was courteous and informative, and worked continuously until the broken torsion spring was replaced with a balanced pair of high performance springs. Enjoyed learning from Alex about the proper manner in which to lubricate the door for peak performance. Must admit I didn't recognize him from his photo... he has gotten in great shape from both his work ethic and his commitment to exercise... was a pleasure to meet him ... if the garage door needs more attention, he's THE MAN!! So refreshing to have a pleasant, skilled technician (Chris) show up in a timely manner and fix the damned door!! Didn't realize how clunky my old one was. This new opener (and springs) is smooth and silent and just a pleasure to have. He also programmed my universal remote so now I have three clickers. Too bad all they do is garage doors...
