I'm not big on leaving reviews, But, I'm sold for the future with Precision Doors. If all your employees are like Alex Reich, then I can't give this company no less then a 10, or 5 stars. He was very professional by providing me with my options, without pressuring me into making me feel I had to do anything that didn't need done. He installed my new garage door opener while I sat, watched, and talked as he worked. Thanks for tolerating me Alex, lol. My door silently whistles now. And my wife is extremely happy. ???? Very satisfied with response. We had a problem with the over the door spring. Service Technician Brian knew immediately the situation, checking all parts of the door (pass or fail) then offering 3 plans for us to consider. Having used his company before at another home location and being very satisfied then, chose to have Brian precede with the repair. He was courteous, knowledgeable & explained what he was doing.
