The ease in setting up an appointment, the responsiveness to your request, the service performed, and the professionalism of the service technician (Tom Le) are just top notch. I use Precision at my home up north and didn't hesitate to use them again here in SWFL for all the same reasons.

I made a service call on Sunday and the phone was answered and I was quickly given an appointment for Monday. The technician indicated he could start my job 90 minutes before the appointment and asked if it was okay. Keyandre was very courteous and assessed the job. He had concerns due to the type of installation in that it was something Precision did not do. He asked for 10 minutes to determine options, contacted his office for assistance, and came back with a solution. He worked continuously in a hot garage since the door could not be opened and over a parked car. He completed the job in about two hours, went through with me what he did and why he did it. He was neat in how he worked, did some tune up on the opener, and asked me if I had any questions. Although it was difficult to assess the price as fair, coincidentally a neighbor's door also broke the day after mine. He had a local person provide a quote which was initially $500 higher than what he agreed to finally charge after he saw the Precision truck at the bottom of my driveway. I can only assume the price was fair since Precison's truck alone got my neighbor a discount! I was very pleased and will recommend Precision to my neighbors and on the community Nextdoor app.

Asked to have the belt replaced on my garage door opener; however, the tech replaced the belt and spring. Seemed like an honest misunderstanding, but it cost me an extra $700. Left a mess on my garage floor. Opener seems to be working fine.

Precision Door Service was only Company able to repair our garage door the same day that I called. Based on the excellent service that Mark provided and and the company's response to my immediate need for garage door to be repaired (cars in garage and not able to open garage door), I will not use anyone but Precision for any garage door problems in the future. Mark not only replaced the 2 main springs but also the rollers and door opener key pad (could not include everything he replaced in section below).

Precision replaced a broken spring, and the garage door works fine. That's the good news. The bad news is the hard sell to buy two springs and new bearings, which we didn't need. To do what the installer wanted us to do was over twice the price we paid.

Company representative answering our call was very professional and considerate of our need for service. Followup email to confirm our appointment was appreciated. Mark, our service technician, called prior to arrival and arrived on time. He explained in detail about what options we had and the costs. I watched several times as he worked and was impressed that he knew his business. On top of that, he performed his work very expertly. We’re very pleased with the results. Our garage door guide track buckled and the cables to the spring snapped leaving the door unable to be opened even manually trapping the cars inside. Technician Matt Jones came within 24 hours and replaced the entire system . He was professional, had all the parts in his van and was able to complete the entire job of track. motor, sensors, and spring replacement all within 2 hours. Total opposite of dealing with D & D Garage Door who said the earliest they could come would be 11 days. We waited the 11 days and they no showed, without any call. They made up some bogus excuse when called and said they could come in another week!
