We always used a competitor of yours. They never pick up the phone. and if and when they do stop out, they never want to be here and they have never solved our problem. Fischer came out yesterday and installed a new system , programed the linked system in my new car and took only an hour and a half to finish the job. We will never use anyone else but Precision .

Have used Precision for years and always happy with service. Techs are always professional, personable and respectful. Jason just finished up our service and we were grateful for him reviewing everything he did to service the doors/motor/hinges/rollers. Also helpful was that he left a can of the spray to use on the hinges once I start hearing the telltale squeaky sound that indicates it needs some help. Lastly, he showed me how to raise and lower the door myself should the need ever arise and I greatly appreciated that! Exit plans are a MUST! Thank you Precision for your quick and reliable service and most of all, your tech Jason.

I had never used Precision Overhead Garage Door for our past repairs, but found them during a google search. I just needed my garage door repaired, but planned on replacing the entire garage door in the near future due to Hurricane Ian damage. They were highly rated, so I gave them a call and set up an appointment. When technician Mike arrived, he was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. He quickly identified my issues and gave me a fair quote to have them repaired. After speaking with Mike about additional repairs to make my older door (18 years old) run a little quieter and smoother while closing and opening, I decided to order a new door through Precision. When Mike left my house, the original garage door was repaired and working properly, but I'm excited for the new garage door. Thank you Mike for all your assistance.

Your technician, Rick Parker was outstanding! He notified me of his time of arrival, explained different options available to correct my problem and then gave me time to decide. I decided to replace my 20+ year old opener and so very pleased with the new unit. I told Rick that I used a key chain opener most of the time and he was able to supply a new one for me and secured it to my key chain along with explaining all the new functions of the new opener and key pad. Very helpful for a senior citizen!

Serviceman, Tyler, was knowledgeable and competent. However, the company charged me $275 for a gear & sprocket assembly that I could have bought at a number of places for under $20. Service call and labor were separate charges. Precision's pricing is excessively opportunistic and unreasonable given the need for having to have the repair done while the serviceman is present.

Would have given more than 5 stars if possible. Rick was great and knew exactly what was needed. Didn’t try to upsell, just fixed the problem and gave me tips to keep the garage door and opener in top top condition. I will call again for any future garage door needs.

My brother recommended your company [everyone was nice] but I didn't really want to spend that much money as I may possibly be moving in the near future but your tech was very helpful in giving me information to weigh my decision and also trusting my brother, I decided to go for the best anyway and I am so happy with my new QUIET running motor and not having to go through all the hassle of the opener not shutting the door anymore. The technician, Mark, called shortly before our appointment and asked if he could arrive a few minutes early. He arrived promptly and according to his request. He introduced himself and inspected our garage doors and immediately saw problems with one of the doors. After pointing out the problem it was clear that a new door was needed. He then scheduled an appointment with the estimator to come out. He was very organized and I was pleased with his efficiency. This was a first encounter with Precision Door and to this point we are very pleased.
