The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because I had another company give me a quote and theirs was for $1,560. Your quote was $1,907. Now I don't understand how the other company is able to charge so much less than yours. I received a very informative quote from a very knowledgeable and pleasant individual!!! I called because the other company could not come out for 12 days. I called Precision in the morning and had a technician at my house at 1:00 PM. Very professional and I was impressed with their business policy of not charging for another service call if we decide to have them complete the repairs within 30 days. Matt Jones is 5 Stars *****

Had a new garage door opener installed. It went well. The installer was nice, efficient and it took no time at all. Less than a month later, bolts were falling off. Called for an appointment to fix the problem. Got an appt. the next day. Service man was on time, nice, knowledgeable listened to my concerns. This is one of the most important things to me, listening to the customer. He fixed the problem with a different type bolt, problem solved. End of story. fingers crossed.

Technician Justin arrived as we agreed. A DIY project replacing our old, but reliable, Genie noisy chain opener with a brand new Genie quiet belt opener went horribly wrong for a number of reasons. Justin listened to the saga, quoted the Precision rate for installing customer purchased equipment, and on my OK, he went to work. He solved all of our DIY problems. Very pleased.

Nick was fantastic - he diagnosed the problem with my loud, struggling garage door and fixed it promptly. It runs much smoother and quieter now! He also provided me with an opener since the sellers I bought my house from never provided me with one, paired it with my opener and even linked it to my car. Simple things but it goes a long way! Would highly recommend

One of two cables snapped on our door. I called Precision and received a scheduled appointment within five minutes. Service arrived right on time, surveyed the situation, and repaired it within an hour. Great guy, very efficient. Five star service!

I selected Precision Overhead Doors because they are busy here at Placida Harbour with repairs from Hurricane Ian. I expected it would be easy to connect my car's remote to the Genie garage door opener and was disappointed when your worker could not do so. He said the door opener was broken. I know, however, that three other cars use that opener on a regular basis. I also was disappointed that, after not being able to do the job for which he was hired, I was nevertheless charged for the service call. Overall, I was disappointed by the waste of time and money used in the unsuccessful effort to connect a remote to a garage door opener, which I expected to be a simple task.

Great overall experience (office staff / schedulers / technician), I would recommend just off that. But wait there’s more, my Garage Door Opener was 20 years old, replaced with new updated Lift-Master, super quiet out of the box. Included everything needed. I wanted to updated rollers to Noise reducing nylon. Tom the tech, was super cool, showed us how to operate and discussed features. Great over all experience, you pay for what you get, but they are very competitive priced.

Our springs, coils, pistons, all snapped this morning, my son was able to lift the door and prop it up on a ladder to get the car out. Precision came out on Sunday and the gentleman was awesome, he fixed it perfectly, timely and no mess. He was amazingly efficient. I highly recommend them if you want a professional job done. Representative was professional and efficient. The estimated price for a new hurricane garage door was in the range I expected. The representative was thorough in explaining the estimate - including that part of the garage had to be empty for the installation. Very logical requirement but at this time, that’s not possible. I will definitely call this company again when the work can be done

My home care business calls for frequent garage door repair and this company Precision stands out compared to others by far because they treat you like a valued customer ! for starters they don’t demand a credit card before they show up the person that comes is not a slickster sales kid trying to upsell you and get the most money out of you possible Precision are experienced and work hard to inform you of the best solution for your needs. I only wish there were more of them so that the schedule time could be a little shorter however that’s probably due to the high standards for their workers so we can all be thankful don’t even think about calling that place that advertises all over the radio you will regret it.
