Rick P. called in advance to meet me at the house as requested. What a friendly guy, he quickly diagnosed the problem with the operator motor and door that was damaged by hurricane Ian. Installed a new motor, tuned up the door and completely explained everything. My garage door is quiet and working perfectly for the very first time. Very positive experience.

We are SUPER PLEASED with the "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE" Received by Service Technician, Jason Hennagir. He was here when promised and took the time to walk us thru every step & even offered up safety tips that when along with services provided. I'm not big on leaving reviews, But, I'm sold for the future with Precision Doors. If all your employees are like Alex Reich, then I can't give this company no less then a 10, or 5 stars. He was very professional by providing me with my options, without pressuring me into making me feel I had to do anything that didn't need done. He installed my new garage door opener while I sat, watched, and talked as he worked. Thanks for tolerating me Alex, lol. My door silently whistles now. And my wife is extremely happy. ???? Service Technician Brian knew immediately the situation, checking all parts of the door (pass or fail) then offering 3 plans for us to consider. Alex worked on our garage door yesterday and did an excellent repair! Problem was with the sluggish opening of the door. He replaced the defective torsion spring and now it opens and closes better then ever. I am glad I called Precision as Alex lived up to Precision's great reputation!
