The work was done by a really nice guy. I think his name was Nick I’m bad with names the price was very reasonable and my door works like a charm. I will hardly suggest that you use this company if you need garage doors or repairs.

I’m happy to say my first experience with Precision Door was great! I called and made an appointment to come out and do a tune up on our 2 garage doors. The service tech Mike showed up in a timely fashion and explained in detail what he would be doing. Very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company!

I called Friday to make appointment for a tune up on our garage door and opener. They set for Monday with 4 hour window. They arrived on time. Called and knocked at door to make sure I was home. Price was reasonable. Tech was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I a happy customer.

We potentially had to wait more than a week for our appointment, but were overjoyed when we got call the next day from the serviceman saying he was in the vicinity & could be at our home in 20 minutes! From the first contact to the company I received fast courteous service. Justin the technician was on time, informative and the install took less than 2hrs. You would never have known any work was done he was so neat. No pressure was received from technician he explained my options and let me choose what repair I wanted. Since unit was 15 years old I purchased a new unit instead of doing a logic board replacement and I believe I made correct choice. I found Precision Door a great company to do business with and a huge thumbs up to the Tech Justin.

The service tech was on time and very efficient. My complaint was about pricing. I was told there was a $79 service fee plus parts. We replaced one roller that retails at ACE hardware for 8.99. You charged $18, and I HAD TO BUY A BAG OF TEN. My final bill was $259.95. Had I been told about the price I would never gave set up the appointment. I will never use this company again.
