We picked Precision Doors due to their excellent reputation. Our technician Mike came out today and we needed him to address the unacceptable noise from our garage door. He not did just that and pointed out that the door was nearly 20 years old. We discussed options to make sure it would still be working in 20 more years. Ended up having rollers and springs replaced so we should be good for a long time. We appreciated that Precision had all necessary parts on the truck. After an on-line review of "on-line" reviews as well as a phone inquiry to the office, I selected Precision to replace our noisy garage door steel rollers with nylon rollers. Precision's technician assigned to our job, Tom Lee, was excellent. He called ahead to advise estimated arrival time and arrived accordingly. Tom inspected the job and then advised as to the total estimated cost of service call, plus replacement of rollers. Tom was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I will ask for him, if available, when I schedule my next annual door service. Precision Door Service has a new customer based upon Tom's professionalism and performance.

One of my springs snapped in my 2 car garage... the afternoon I was leaving for a 1 week trip to visit friends and family in Rhode Island. Luckily, my next door neighbor recently had her garage door repaired (by Precision); I had stopped by to offer some suggestions (she's an older lady), but didn't retain the vendor's name. So, I quickly dropped by her place after the "snap" to get the company's name & number. After flying out that night, I called the next day at my sister's place in RI The receptionist was great, and arranged for me to meet a technician the day after I returned to Sarasota. He came first thing in the morning, clearly explained my options with no come-ons or pressure. We quickly agreed on the work & price. He finished the project in around an hour, left a can of lube & provided instructions. Couldn't have been happier with the whole process. Definitely a "5" !

Excellent Service. I called mu normal garage door company and they couldn't come out until the following week to repair my broken garage door.
