Called your company to fix our garage door on a Friday around 4 PM and we had a service man here by 7 PM the same evening. He fixed the spring that broke and explained everything to us. I was completely pleased the way I was treated when I called. The lady gave me a time and date. I told her that I had another appointment at 5:00. She said left me move some things around and then gave me an appointment with a window b between 2-5pm. the tech showed up at 2:45 and fixed the problem in half hr.
