My free estimate appointment was scheduled for a window between 12 pm to 4 pm for June 12th. Seth showed up at 12:05 pm. He was very professional and friendly. He went over the full process on the installation of my new garage door. He then went over the cost, including the door and the other materials, including the permit that would be needed. My new door will be installed on Monday, June 17th, and I am so looking forward to it. I can see why this company is so highly rated. I look forward to giving you another great review after my door is installed on Monday.

I live in Missouri and have a vacation home in Venice and recently had guests staying there for their honeymoon. They mentioned to me on a Saturday that the garage door wasn’t functioning properly. I called Precision’s number late that evening just to leave a message and to my surprise a very kind lady answered the phone and within a few minutes told me she would have a technician there by 10 am Monday! When the tech called me Monday morning from the house he diagnosed the issue and explained to me what parts needed immediate replacing to fix the problem and also told me there was considerable wear on the motor and eventually would have to be replaced. He did not try to “sell” me a new unit but rather left that decision up to my judgement. I elected to go ahead and replace the whole motor. I had a problem with my overhead garage door closing properly; it wouldn't and I had to release it and close it manually. I called and scheduled a service call with Precision Garage Door Service. Turned out the drive belt had begun losing teeth and wasn't functioning properly. Given that the unit was 12 years old and near the end of its useful life, I decided to replace it. The technician installed a new Liftmaster unit. Afterward, he reprogrammed my existing remotes and helped me update the remote built in to one of my cars. He also adjusted the springs and lubricated all the joints and wheels. I am very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for anyone needing their garage door serviced.

I needed a spring & cable replacement. The price the repair was 4 times higher than the ball park verbal estimate provided by the office over the phone, $140-$250 per set for springs and $79 service call fee. HOWEVER, I can't speak highly enough about the technician, Brian Fixter. He didn't try to oversell me, very professional, courteous and didn't apply any high pressure tactics. He replaced the rollers, springs and cables. Overall good experience.

Have been relying on Precision for about 10 years for annual maintenance and other work (e.g.,had new door opener installed last year). You folks are always on time and do great work at a decent price. Fisher was here today (he put in the new opener last year) - on time, friendly, and did a fine job. Our Liftmaster Door failed after 22 years and our cars were locked inside by the door not opening. We looked up Liftmaster on google and found Precision Garage Doors were the area specialist. We called for help and we were lucky to get Nick Alfaro on May 31, 2024 who came to our Rescue within two hours. The door spring was broken and Nick had everything working like new in a couple of hours. Nick was polite, professional and knowledgeable.
