I scheduled an appointment for a service tech to come and look at our Garage door where the lower panel was dented due to the flooding waters of Hurricane Ian. I specifically told the woman who scheduled the appointment that I was unable to meet the Tech there and that the 16'x7' door is inoperable due to the flood damage. I told her that the 36" swing door at the rear of the Garage is open and the Tech can let himself inside to assess the damage and try to get the large entrance door to open. The Tech was not told to use the rear door and never went inside to see if the he can get the door to open. I was charged the service call fee and I had to re-schedule the appointment for the end of the month. I have Tenants living there who are eager to use the Garage. Needless to say, I am not very happy. I just hope I do not get charged twice for the visitation fee due to poor communication on their part.

Our General manager was able to communicate with Mr. Bonifacio who did not realize that the invoice we sent him was for $0.00 and was just a documentation invoice stating that we were out there and listed a time frame. We have rescheduled this customer and he did apologize for not seeing the $0.00. We are happy this was just a miscommunication and can't wait to get out to this customers house to offer him a free door estimate next week!

Tech Tom was prompt and very friendly. Was here for 1/2 hr. Biggest rip-off ever. They charge $79 just to show up then charged me for 2 hrs. of labor ($170.00) and $500.00 for 4 safety sensors which cost less than $80 total. Price gouging at its finest!

I had new Raynor garage door openers installed in 12/20. They had been operating perfectly but one of them started to become noisy so I requested a service call. The technician arrived the same day and quickly identified that the belt had been originally installed with slightly too much tension. The issue was resolved on the spot and the service was performed very professionally.

Precision Door of Southwest Florida came recommended to me from a neighbor. Have two properties with garage doors needing repair. I called them on Saturday in May 2022 to schedule the repairs. To my surprise they came out on Sunday and repaired both garage doors. Tom was the mechanic. He was knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. One garage door required a spring replacement and the other required a broken gear replacement and new weather stripping at the door bottom. If you need your garage door installed or repaired, Precision Door is the place to go. Excellent reception and scheduling. Very flexible to fit your time frame. The best part of Precision is the technician they sent out. Tom Le knows doors. He came one day to fix a problem and it appeared he did and I agreed.. But the problem came back. I called the next day and they scheduled Tom to come again. After careful study, he found the problem to be an entirely different issue. He had the parts to fix it and did so. Precision and Tom and truly 5 star.

Great experience - I called at 8 am, confirmation received timely, advance call from tech who arrived by 1:00 (earlier than promised - when does that ever happen?) evaluated the issue, explained what needed done and why. All work was done by 2:30, new springs, bearings and nylon rollers. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.
