Born & raised in Englewood Florida and a graduate of Lemon Bay High School & Charlotte Vo-Tech. I studied Architectural Drafting and Design. I joined Precision Overhead Garage Door in August of 2016 and I enjoy working every day with nice people. My hobbies include automotive mechanics, customization and racing.

I have been using Precision since I bought my house in Osprey after moving here from Boston several years ago. The company is well managed, responsive and its technicians are knowledgeable, couteous, efficient, provide clear explanations and have always been able to implement long lasting solutions to mechanical problems that inevitably arise with automatic garage door openers. The technician dispatched today, Seth, identified and fixed our immediate problem quickly, recommended and installed a useful improvement (bottom protective seal replacement) and was terrific in every respect, I will continue to use Precision and recommend this company to anyone without reservation.

Cane down for a quick stay and found the door not operating. Seth came out the next morning and fixed the door in 10 minutes. Very knowledgeable, and professional. The original 2001 motor for our garage door went out, so I called your number from the sticker on the door from previous service (before we bought the house). The person who answered the phone was professional and thorough. Service was scheduled for that afternoon. Almost immediately after the call I received an email about your business and info about the service person who would be coming. Seth showed up promptly, gave me repair or replace options and costs and he replaced the motor as requested. Great service. Impressive website. Good job!

I had called Precision because of use in the past which was superior and exceeded expectations. Today however, this was not the case. I had put new batteries in the remote only to discover the garage door would not open. I figured that the remote needed to be re-programed...a simple thing. I did not have access to a owner's manual; so I called Precision. The tech took his key and cleaned off the contact points for the battery only to find it did not fix it. He said he could sell me one for $42 plus the service call today of $35. I told him I would wait and purchase a replacement remote later. I do not feel that I should be charged $35 for a service call when my issue was not corrected....and he took his key and scraped ….all of about five minutes. What do you think.
