Believe it or not but I saved an old telephone books with ads in it. I looked up garage doors and got your phone number. I really needed help. We purchased the garage door in 2014 from D&D garage doors. I had them do service on it in 2020. I really don't use the door as other people use them. I like to go in and out my front door. I was desparate to get help and told D&D my problem. Couldn't keep the door down. Being alone in my house was a problem. I got in bed and the door kept going up and down. In the middle of the night I checked the door and it had been going up and down. I was in the house alone. D&D was supposed to come by on 9/7/22 between 1 & 3. l By 4 I had not heard from them so I called and they made another appointment for Friday at 3. I couldn't trust them so I called your company and was extemely happy. You will have my business in the future. Wish I had found you sooner.

i didn't even know precision existed until this morning at 6. i tried to open my garage door and the chain snapped with a very loud bang and collapsed on the roof of my car. tried the manual pull cord and that broke off in my hand. called the manufacturer of the system 3 times, no answer. called the contractor who had built the garage and he suggested precision. by 7:30am i had a service appt. set up for 10-2, but received a call at 8:15 from the technician letting me know he'd be there in 30 mins. he patiently and thoroughly assessed the situation, presented me with 3 options, already wowed by the response i chose the best and it was done in an hour. before he left, he explained how everything worked and the proper way to maintain it - nothing i had ever received from the original company. i give the highest marks to precision and brian fixter, the technician.

My garage door got damaged from a car last night. I contacted Precision Garage doors last night for scheduling a service call. It was easy to do so. This morning, Brian, one of their technicians, showed up on time. He was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Within a few minutes, he was able to restore functionality to the garage door; some replacement struts have been ordered which will be installed by early next week. I originally had you install my new door a few years ago. The bracket holding the bracket to the track rail broke and shredded apart and would not let door close. The tech said he had never seen anything like this happen. Since it was obviously a product defect, I feel that I should not have been charged a service call fee. There were no parts used, just broken part repositioned. On a positive note, Brian was a great tech and did work quickly.

Had another door company out, their guy was arrogant and wanted to charge me $3900.00! Said my door needed replaced and everything I had here was junk. Your technician Brian Fixter just had to replace the spring. He even tightened all the bolts and lubed the door for $190.00!!! GREAT service and will tell all my friends how good you are.
