I originally had you install my new door a few years ago. The bracket holding the bracket to the track rail broke and shredded apart and would not let door close. The tech said he had never seen anything like this happen. Since it was obviously a product defect, I feel that I should not have been charged a service call fee. There were no parts used, just broken part repositioned. On a positive note, Brian was a great tech and did work quickly.

He did NOT try and sell me anything I did not need and was there to fix my problem and offer great advise for the future! Had another door company out, their guy was arrogant and wanted to charge me $3900.00! Said my door needed replaced and everything I had here was junk. Your technician Brian Fixter just had to replace the spring. He even tightened all the bolts and lubed the door for $190.00!!! GREAT service and will tell all my friends how good you are.

Our garage wouldn't open yesterday, we called and we're able to get an appointment the next day. Brian arrived on time and was very professional and resolved our issue very quickly. He let us know our motor was old and we may want to think about a new one soon, but was not at all pushy about it which was a nice change for other service companies I've dealt with. We will gladly continue using them for all future garage needs

Brian the tech quickly diagnosed my issue, which was the motherboard in the opener wasn't functioning anymore. He gave me his professional opinion on what repair was needed. We decided to change our the motor due to its age. He installed the new motor and had us back up and running in no time. Highly recommend Precision

I saw the ad on tv and decided to call. Christa who answered the phone was helpful, courteous & made an appt- very timely. Brian came out and he was, on time, very personable, listened well & took his time investigating the garage door. He instilled confidence & explained all issues. He even wrote a report within a couple of hours. Brian really seemed to like what he was doing for a career & that made it so pleasant. This company apparently doesn’t install commercial doors so they couldn’t install new equipment however they gave me a referral of a former employee and they will be out asap. It speaks well of Precision Doors that a former employee still has a connection. Thank you for your efforts. Very professional.

I had a problem with my garage door closing and I knew it was the sensors but could not fix the problem myself. They were able to book a service call according to my schedule. The technician called ahead, arrived and very quickly determined that the sensors were wired incorrectly. He fixed it within minutes. He also told me how to have the door operate more quietly now and on an ongoing basis. I could not have asked for a more efficient and friendly service to my door. Highly recommended!
