I was born and raised in Folcroft, PA and I am a HUGE Philadelphia sports fan! I travelled all over most of the US and Canada pursuing an ice hockey career at both the junior and collegiate levels. For college, I attended UMBC in Maryland for my freshman year and then finished my college studies at Michigan State University, GO GREEN! I began as a garage door technician with the Precision family in 2008 and throughout the years I have worked in every position throughout the company! Currently, I am the General Manager and I look forward to providing all our customers with the service and professionalism that the Precision family embodies. In my free time, I really enjoy being a dad to my son & daughter, playing ice hockey, fishing, golfing, camping and other outdoor activities. I have a beautiful wife and we love living the Florida Lifestyle

Gaetano and his assistant were very professional and courteous. They were extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent replacement of the garage door opener including the wall mount opener and helped synced the openers in both cars. I would definitely recommend them for future service.

What an exceptional experience! Gaetano was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and worked fast. My young boys enjoyed watching him fix our spring and install new rollers, bearings, etc., and he was kind enough to answer all of their dozens of questions. They especially appreciated the "helper" stickers after the work was done. He arrived within the time window provided when I made the appointment (which was also the same day, on a Saturday!). He made a courtesy phone call when he was about 20 minutes away, which I appreciated. He also gave me some important tips for keeping the door in good condition. I had to have a new garage door opener installed. Although it was not pleasant spending the money, Gaetano's professionalism and personality made it a little less painful. He was knowledgeable and offered options including the pros and cons of each. He also left me confident that I could operate the system and answered all my questions. I will overlook the fact that he is an Eagles fan and definitely continue to use and recommend your company.

The technician Gaetano was great. He gave the prices upfront and there were no surprises. Called for service around noon and they had the technician out around 4pm on the same day. The garage door works perfect and we are very pleased with the overall time and service.

We had trouble with a bolt having fallen out from the overhead mechanism. The tech immediately spotted the problem was with the torsion spring assembly and explained fully what needed to be done to correct it but also the implications of not having anything done, which could have been very severe, so we had got there in the nick of time! Having spent a while fixing the immediate problem he then went on to identify and correct numerous other issues, which the previous outfit had missed, so well done Precision. Thorough, very personable technicians and slick service, thanks.
