I was born and raised in Folcroft, PA and I am a HUGE Philadelphia sports fan! I travelled all over most of the US and Canada pursuing an ice hockey career at both the junior and collegiate levels. For college, I attended UMBC in Maryland for my freshman year and then finished my college studies at Michigan State University, GO GREEN! I began as a garage door technician with the Precision family in 2008 and throughout the years I have worked in every position throughout the company! Currently, I am the General Manager and I look forward to providing all our customers with the service and professionalism that the Precision family embodies. In my free time, I really enjoy being a dad to my son & daughter, playing ice hockey, fishing, golfing, camping and other outdoor activities. I have a beautiful wife and we love living the Florida Lifestyle

Started using Precision Overhead Garage Door several years back. We were impressed not only with their work and the knowledgeable service tech but that their prices were fair and they were able to come out right away. We've had to call them a couple of times in the last few years and as usual, they were excellent. I do like that the office lets you know not only the name of the service tech but send you a picture as well. We recommend them highly.

All I can say is this company is Awesome! Needed my garage door fixed and they came out that same day. The technician Gaotano was wonderful and very thorough. I had a problem shortly after it was installed and when I contacted them the same technician Gaitano returned and fixed the issue. Great company!

This was the second time I've contacted your organization for assistance regarding my garage door. The first was to install a garage door opener and this time was to fix a broken spring and hinge. The first encounter was due to blind luck by choosing your company off the internet, wherein, this second time was by choice due to my previous experience with your employee, Gaeton. It is not often that one meets a technician as professional, competent and personally well grounded as he. First class, professional service for the replacement of my remote garage door system. All precautions taken and respect for the social distancing order. Everything wiped down after work. Technicians were wearing gloves and masks. I have, in the past, gotten excellent recommendtions from Precision Door Service when problems arose with my very old garage door. I called Precision on Thursday night after hearing my garage door spring break. An appointment was promptly set up for the following day. The service technician called 20 minutes prior to arriving alert me to their arrival. They arrived on time wearing protective facemasks and immediately explained the safety measures they would be taking during their time at my residence. After inspecting the job, my repair options were explained to me and all my questions/concerns were fully answered. The repairs and other adjustments were completed in about an hour. Now I have the quietest garage door in the neighborhood. The telephone customer service representative was professional, courteous and efficient. The technicians were amazing. They knew what they had to do and it did perfectly. I complement them not only on their work ethic, but also on the professional/courteous manner in which they served me. This was five star service for sure.

Gaetano was amazing and saved the day. A power surge hit my garage door opener so it no longer worked. I called precision and they dispatched Gaetano. He quickly diagnosed the problem as the circuit board needing replaced. I love the honesty and ethics as they could have easily said it was the whole motor rather than just a part charging double but they did not. He was also an excellent trainer teaching a newer technician along the way. They were in an out within 30 mins replacing the circuit board, programming my remotes and cleaning/disinfecting everything before they left. Thank you for the great service guys. You saved the day.
