We called for service for our garage door opener on a Friday. Within two hours the tech arrived and explained exactly what was wrong. Since we had purchased our home two years earlier and the home was already 17 years old I decided to replace the opener, springs and door roller pins since everything was still all original. Not only did the tech quote me a fair price for the opener, 2 hand remotes as well as an outside keypad, springs and roller pins but the install took less then 2 hours. The opener and and door are so quiet you can barely hear them when in operation. The tech did a great job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We were very impressed with our whole experience using Precision. A competitor couldn't service our broken spring for 5 days and you were able to provide service within one hour of contacting you. Travis and Justin took pride in their work and were informative with what our choices would be. The work was completely quickly and we added new rollers so now we have a quiet door with a peace of mind warranty on the springs. With a few other very popular garage door companies (not named here) doing business in the Fort Myers area, I felt like I was being taken advantage. I selected Precision from the BBB website to service my garage door. Although I expected a 1-2 day wait for help, Travis Austin (who was in my area at the time) called to let me know he could be here in just a short time. I explained my problem (not working properly) and also my dissatisfaction with how noisy my door was. He adjusted the sensors on the door and installed new rollers. He did not try to oversell my needs. He was very professional and friendly. In a very short time, I had properly working and a quiet door. I was very pleased.
