I called Mr Fix It Garage Doors. They said they would be out the next morning. Then postpone until the afternoon, then postponed until the next day. I then email three garage door companies. Precision Doors called me right back and schedule an appointment for the next morning with Mike. Mike called 30 minutes before arrival. We decided my opener wasn't worth fixing. I wanted one with remote access. He had the right one on his truck and installed it promptly. Very professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them. I'm now getting a quote from them to replace the garage door.

Mike, our technician, was courteous and quite knowledgeable. He made certain of what the issue was before attempting a fix that could have been costly. He was surprised at the strength and weight of our garage door and explained in detail what we should expect in the operation of the door before offering a tuneup of the springs. It was a good experience and we would highly recommend Mike and Precision.

Efficient and timely service. Technician Mike Monson was friendly and very knowledgeable. Provided us with multiple service levels - good, better and best repair options and explained each thoroughly. He wasn't a high-pressure salesperson. Gave us the options and let us discuss what we wanted to do in private.

Mike, the technician was terrific. Courteous, professional and just a heck of a nice man. But, most importantly, he was knowledgeable and fixed our garage door issue with minimal problems and cost. I would never use anyone other than Precision Door for any problems with our garage door.
