About 6;00 pm our garage door came down. The spring came down tearing the bolts off etc. Gentleman from Precision Doors was here first thing in the am. He repaired the door that had sustained extensive damage enough to get our cars out of the garage and operational for emergency use only. He also gave me estimates for permanent repairs and the price of a new door. Extremely happy with the service provided by Precision doors.

Service was excellent; the tech arrived about an hour after I called about a broken torsion spring. He had all the parts needed, was friendly and knowledgeable, and completed the job quickly. I didn't think he tried to run up the bill with unneeded work. I rated 4 star rather than 5 only because the parts cost seemed high (e.g. $75 for the center bearing!). Still, parts cost includes most of the labor to install, other than a $30 service call fee. I would call them again.

Never received an Email before the call that had a picture of the tech that was coming to repair door..........good idea. I needed to change the code to my key pad. I called around 9 am and was told the tech would be here between 10 -2. Leigh called shortly after 9:30 and was here shortly after. He changed the pad, set up my car pad also. Very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I have used Precision before for garage door repair and highly recommend them.

The Tech was very helpful in explaining the options available since my system was an older one that wasn't serviceable -- after selecting a new motor and pulley system, he was able to replace the old and have the door functional in about 90 minutes. He then patiently explained the operation and nuances of the new system.
