Had the best service from Precision!! They made an appointment, showed up on time....and within a short time....I not only got an estimate that was more than fair, but, I had a new garage door opener, new seal on the old door, and new exterior key pad. I was so impressed that I felt NO high pressure....and in fact the technician was so honest to tell me what I needed vs what I thought I needed! Discovered problem with garage door around 1am, so I figured I'd do some research online to find a place to call in the morning. The Precision website caught my eye because they answered calls 24/7, and also provided night and weekend service at no extra charge. I called around 2am, and setup an appointment for the next day. I was provided a 4-hour window, but they call around 30 minutes before arriving so I didn't need to stay in the house (just close-by). Seth arrived within the specified window, and quickly identified the problem. Repair was performed to my satisfaction. Would definitely call Precision again if I need service in the future.
