Service excellent and came back immediately next day to replace outside key pad cover which stuck. The only criticism I have is not to have tech person say the customer needs a new door, on first look, especially if it is old and dirty, but works, but to offer some alternative repairs and prices. Otherwise pleased and everything working fine. Don’t put my name on your site, please. This comment is confidential and just for your company.

We called for service on 2/15/23 for what we thought were broken cables. They promptly scheduled a service call for 2/16. Rick not only called before he arrived but was on time. He diagnosed the problem as the broken main spring, which we found out was not properly installed with the correct bearing to prevent this from happening which was done by another company when we built our house 2 years ago. He fixed the garage door and also checked the other garage door and tightened the overhead opener. Rick was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

Yesterday, the big spring on our garage door snapped, trapping out cars inside our garage. I called Precision, and they sent Rick within a few hours to rescue us. He was friendly and professional -- and was able to fix it in under an hour. We would highly recommend Precision!

My garage still had the original door mechanisms installed when it was built nearly 20 years ago. It came with only one opener and replacements are unavailable now. New one is quiet, runs smoothly and I have multiple openers including one wall mounted.

We are so excited about finally getting our new garage door. Ian bent our old garage door to the point where it took two people to close the door. What a nightmare. Our installer Ricky was awesome. On time and, at my request, reviewed all the details of the job prior to installation. When he finished my wife and I were thrilled when the door opened. It was almost soundless. Truely amazing!! My recomendation is get the insulated door with belt driven remote. Can't go wrong with these guys. David Bridges

I had technician Alex Reich and he was the greatest. He came on time, went to work trouble shooting the problems, and then presented me with my options. In no time at all the problem was fixed and he explained to m3 how to use the new app on my phone. Precision sure has a great employee. Hang on him because good people are hare to find!!!

The technician, Mark, called shortly before our appointment and asked if he could arrive a few minutes early. He arrived promptly and according to his request. He introduced himself and inspected our garage doors and immediately saw problems with one of the doors. After pointing out the problem it was clear that a new door was needed. He then scheduled an appointment with the estimator to come out. He was very organized and I was pleased with his efficiency. This was a first encounter with Precision Door and to this point we are very pleased.

Technician was very nice, however he quoted me $159.00 to fix my garage door. I said okay, fix it. Then when it was time to pay the bill he stated it was $309.00! I asked him what happened to 159? He stated he had to replace 2 rollers and 2 brackets. I felt like it was a total Bait & Switch! Will think twice about using your company again!

Twice we've tried working with the company that installed our garage door. We never got any satisfaction. We called Precision and from the first contact with Nicole, who easily scheduled an appointment at our convenience through the service performed by Matt Jones it was uneventful, professional and successful. Matt had everything he needed in his truck, offered us choices, and was incredibly neat. Finally, our problem was solved. Without hesitation, I'd recommend Precision.

I'm not big on leaving reviews, But, I'm sold for the future with Precision Doors. If all your employees are like Alex Reich, then I can't give this company no less then a 10, or 5 stars. He was very professional by providing me with my options, without pressuring me into making me feel I had to do anything that didn't need done. He installed my new garage door opener while I sat, watched, and talked as he worked. Thanks for tolerating me Alex, lol. My door silently whistles now. And my wife is extremely happy. ???? I am very pleased with Precision Door Service. I had an emergency , broken spring , couldn't open my door at all, with my car "trapped" in the garage. I thought I won't be able to get out for days , since they are very busy now after hurricane Ian. Alex came same day, he was very professional, explained everything , worked quickly , replaced the broken part and inspected the whole door opening mechanism. GREAT JOB! The connection between both the remote openers and the outside keypad had been lost. In spite of the fact that I coded them myself, I could not remedy the problem. Also, the door made loud screeching noises. Alex remedied all issues and enlighened us on the availablity of a smartphone app. Alex was knowledgeable and pleasant and is an asset to Precision Doors! We had a sudden issue with our garage door – an alarming noise and it struggled to open and close. Precision Garage Door of Southwest Florida was able to schedule service the same day we called, which was just great. The technician we had, Rick Parker, was exceptional. He diagnosed the issue and offered a possible temporary solution as well as a better, long-term solution. He explained everything clearly and was in no way “hard sell” for either option. We chose the long-term solution, and he was able to install what we needed because his truck was fully stocked. Rick instructed us on how to use the new equipment and gave us recommendations for ongoing upkeep and maintenance. He was friendly and professional, and we would request Rick in the future if we needed Precision Door again. Our garage door is now operating more smoothly than it was when our house was newly built. We would not hesitate to recommend Precision Garage Door of Southwest Florida to anyone needing garage door service.
