I called after 5pm for an appointment for a broken spring. I was given an appointment the next day at 2pm. The technician clearly explained my options to fix problem. The technician did a great job; the garage door opens and closes quietly and smoothly. Very happy with the service, and would recommend.

1.5 hours before Doctors appointment spring broke with both cars locked in garage. Called Precision who scheduled me for that afternoon. Not good!!! Then along came Alex Reich (service tech) who called saying he was in the area and if I “didn’t mind” could get there early. Love you Alex!! Got right to work. Very fast & efficient. Saved my day. I see PRECISION Garage Door commercials on TV a lot and my garage door opener I felt was needing replacement. I called and made an appointment and the serviceman Alex did a fantastic job in dismantling the old opener and then installing the new PRECISION garage door opener. Alex was the Technician who serviced my issue. Ended getting a new Motor and belt driven setup. Also included was inside and outside keypads; two remotes. Explained to me what he was going to do and I left them to do their business. When completed we went through the hilites of the job and I gave them a check for their days work. Alex: It's OK to smile; don't be so serious! It was easy to schedule the job quickly.

Service excellent and came back immediately next day to replace outside key pad cover which stuck. The only criticism I have is not to have tech person say the customer needs a new door, on first look, especially if it is old and dirty, but works, but to offer some alternative repairs and prices. Otherwise pleased and everything working fine. Don’t put my name on your site, please. This comment is confidential and just for your company.
