I was getting a tire fixed on my car and mentioned that now I needed someone to fix the spring that broke on our garage door. Another customer eagerly said, let me text you the info. She loved you! I called immediately- was given a prompt time considering there had just been a hurricane. The technician showed up on time and gave us a very thorough and HONEST assessment and was very competent. He was done in thirty minutes. Thank you so much and I will highly recommend over any others!

Service was good and professional. Leigh is personable and competent and did a thorough job. You should be glad to have employees like him. A little mix-up on the appointment time. I got an e-mail that the appointment was for 8 AM. When I called at 8:30, I was told that the window was between 8 and noon. A small thing, but it kept you from getting a 5 star rating.

What TERRIFIC service,I called on Sunday evening after our garage door barely closed and was told that a tech would be here between 8:00 and 10AM the following day and sure enough he was here at 8:15 the following day. All of our questions were answered thoroughly and we were given 3 options for the repair.....Would not hesitate to recommend

Today, Friday, August 4, 2017, Justin came to examine the weather stripping on our garage door because there was a gap at one end of the door where you could see light coming through when the door was closed. Justin explained that, over time, the stripping can shrink. It did/had. He pulled the stripping, putting it back in place with no problem. After the simple solution, he thoroughly examined the door's operation and made a small adjustment to one of the springs. Great job. Jason was personal and professional. And, knows his garage doors!! 5 out of 5. Great service!!

I called because the main track where the chain runs bent from apparently the weight of the garage door. I have never been happy with the opener since we purchased this house and now I know why it always appeared to struggle to open the door. Justin's evaluation was since the door could not be manually opened by either of us the spring balance was off. He said when installed correctly an elderly person should still easily be able to manually open the door. The opener of course broke on Sunday afternoon. After calling a couple of different companies and getting a recording "leave a message and we will get back to you", a person answered at Precision. After explaining the situation they said we can have someone out there on Monday. Perfect... I received a call from Justin saying he would be at my place in about 20 min before arriving. On this particular day we were having heavy downpour of rain but Justing was there just as he said he would. Once he evaluated the issue he gave me multiple options to choose. No high pressure sales job only suggestions. Once agreed upon he went right to work and said it would take about an hour to hour and half and he was once again correct. He replaced the: Garage Door Opener Springs Safety lights Inside and Outside Key Pads He cleaned up the garage after the work and it looked better than when he came. And by the way now I can easily manually open the garage door with one hand if anything should happen again. Very satisfied and will highly recommend Precision Door Service and Justin to neighbors and friends.

Precision was recommended by a friend when our garage door was acting up. Wasn't sure what to expect as we couldn't figure out the problem. Leigh was our technician and told us exactly what the problem was. He gave us the option of fixing the problem or replacing it. Because the age of our old one was 15 years old, my husband and I felt it didn't make sense to fix it. Leigh was able to install a new one in about an hour and a half. I was very impressed at the quality of my new opener and wished I did this years ago. Leigh was very thorough explaining the operation of our new opener. I was really impressed at the warranty it comes with. My husband and I are more than happy with Precision and my technician Leigh.

Our garage spring door broke Saturday and we were getting ready to go out of town. A neighbor came over to help me get the car out of the garage and told me about Precision and how they could come out that same day. I came in, contacted Precision and sure enough they were able to come out that afternoon. Sean was the technician. He was on time and very neat. He took his time to appraise the entire door functions, explained in detail some other issues I had as a result of broken spring and gave me multiple choices on ways I could fix my issues. He fixed the problems efficiently, tried to help me from a cost perspective, and walked me through what he did and how I should maintenance the door annually. Not happy with the situation, but extremely pleased with Sean and Precision for getting issue fixed.
