This was the first time we used Precision, what a great experience. We called and got service the same day. Gaetano was our repair person, he was polite, kind and courteous. We needed a part, part was on the truck, no waiting to get the part in, a first for us since we have been in Florida. We will definitely use them again and so should everyone!

Definitely 5 star service. I made an appointment at 9:30 and Paul arrived at 1:30 the same day! Courteous, professional and most of all repairs were performed in record time. Paul suggested a few repairs that would soon need to be made but no hard sell! I will definitely be using Precision Door for any future needs.

Josh did a great job. I felt confident with his assessment of our equipment and the recommendations he made. Josh was clear about what would be changed out, and what would be included in the final price. I felt the time required to do our job was quite reasonable and he certainly stayed on task. After the installation he reviewed the new equipment and took the time to answer questions. Josh was very kind. He has a helpful heart. I chose Precision based upon their reputation. Had technician come inspect door that was unbalanced. Spring needed to be replaced. He also did a tuneup on both garage doors. Work was completed expeditiously and on budget. Would highly recommend Precision and their main garage door line CHI Overhead Doors!

The tech arrived promptly (same day) to repair the broken spring on my garage door. He was straightforward and direct. He suggested three levels of service. I chose the least expensive because I did not see the need for replacing additional components, except for a broken hinge which he pointed out. He performed the work efficiently and, in fact, spent time carefully adjusting the "fit" of the door. It now closes more smoothly than it did before. This guy knew his business!

After calling at 8:15am, I was surprised to speak with a live person, and got an immediate same day appointment between 10 and 12. They arrived promptly at 10 and after assessing the problem, completed the work in about an hour or less. I first used your company 10 years ago, and was amazed the service charge was the same. of course, everything else has understandably gone up, but not unreasonably so. Your technicians were knowledgeable and quickly determined what needed to be done. I would recommend your company without reservation.
