Joe and Travis arrived on time and were friendly and efficient. Joe explained what we needed to do offered us several options. We discussed all the options, made our decision and they then replaced the springs and serviced the door. It was a great experience and we are glad we chose Precision to repair our door. My garage door openers weren't working - they wouldn't work to close the garage door. After much research, I realized I needed a new system. I called Precision because I've used them before - when the spring broke on the garage door. Once again, they were right on time (even a bit early!), diagnosised the issue, and gave me options for replacing the opener. After installation, they took the time to go over the operation of the new system. Service was great, and the price was as expected.
