Your repair man was informative and fixed a problem from the original install, the motor was not attached properly and wobbled because of this poor attachment The motor is very secure now and of course the resulting broken belt was replaced. He worked well and left the garage clean after drilling into the ceiling. A reliable worker was very much appreciated especially on a Saturday Thanks. Joan K
