The service was fine, two springs were replaced. One was broken, however, the technician recommended I replace both due to the fact the other could break at anytime. I called my brother, who knows about these things, he suggested I get both springs replaced and said the price was resonable. The technician was polite and professional. If I need repairs in the future, I will certainly call Presision.

Travis came to correct a faulty wiring installation! He called to make sure we were available, as it was later than the 12:00 noon appointment that was scheduled!! He was neat in appearance and pleased w/ his affiliation w/ Precision! One could tell he enjoyed his job and wanted to please the customer! Technician Joe came to work on our garage door as it did not always want to close. He found the problem immediately - one of the sensor wires was loose and causing a short. He corrected it and taped the wires securely on both sensors. He reviewed several items with us to help us better understand possible issues and to watch the main light and count number of flashes, this would help us identify what the problem area might be. He was very courteous and extremely helpful and called to see if he could come ahead of schedule since he was in our area. We appreciated his professionalism.

Great company and product!!! We had an old cheap unit I was putting off replacing when It finally died...in the open position!!! Precision was able to have a technician over the next day who installed a much better unit in less than an hour for a very reasonable price.

Do to the Covid pandemic, we were set a little behind schedule. However, we were kept informed throughout the process. When our door came in to be installed, Charles and Mike were very professional, trustworthy, and polite. I was absolutely delighted to have them on my property. When they were finished with the install, they went over all of the details and facts of the system with me. From previous positive experience several years ago, I called Precision for a current issue. They were able to schedule the repair in less than 24 hours. When they arrived, they quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the broken cable, electronically accepted by credit card payment and issued a receipt via email all within 30 minutes. Repair is guaranteed for a year. Will call again if a problem and will recommend to anyone needing garage door repair/replacement.

The first garage door company we tried was a total dud. They said they needed to order parts, left… and we never heard back from them again – That was four weeks ago! This time we tried Precision Overhead Garage Door. Our repairman, Joe showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the two issues we had with our door. He explained our options, gave us a quick estimate and completely resolved the issues – All the required parts were on his truck, so the repairs happened on the spot!! Joe took the time to explain the solution, showed us ways to keep ahead of future issues and provided recommendations and options for upgrades down the road if our 20-year old door ever required it.
