Gaetano Arrived at my residence and replaced the broken spring within 20 minutes. I was working in the garage and I could tell from experience he knew what he was doing. He was friendly and courteous. He gave me the option to get a better quality spring and I went with the power coated option. He was friendly & professional. The cost was high for the work performed, but the work completed was excellent.

We saw your ad in "The Home Mag." Additionally, we were not satisfied with the company that installed the original opener. Gaetano did an outstanding job in pinpointing what needed to be repaired/replaced and he presented different options. Once we agreed on what was needed he proceeded with the job and was most efficient in completing the work. Precision is indeed fortunate to have a professional of Gaetano's caliber. I do have to say that after seeing what was needed the tech called in to get the amount for a quote and it was almost double the price a neighbor paid for the same job with the same equipment within the last year! I made them aware of the difference and they matched the price my neighbor paid.

Precision was able to repair our garage door within 24 hours of our calling them, arriving when scheduled (after calling in advance to confirm when they would be here). Their employee (Bret) was courteous, knowledgable and efficient. He did a complete safety check of the garage door mechanism and replaced the gasket in less than 15 minutes. The price was reasonable, the service was great and the employee was terrific.

Other than a wide 4 hours time given for arrival,came about 2 /12 hrs after the initial 10 am. Otherwise work was performed quickly and professionally after explanation of problem. Have use Precesion since 2016.

They were very satisfied with Brian and his expertise/level of service provided. We enjoyed Brian and his easy, outgoing personality as well as his knowledge.
