Our spring on the double garage door was broken, locking both of our cars (and us) in. On the day before Thanksgiving, we called Precision and explained our predicament. Despite being completely scheduled for the day, the very pleasant, helpful woman on the phone said she's fit us in later that afternoon. The company that installed our garage doors said, "We can't be there until Monday." Mike arrived within the window of time quoted and did a very professional job in correcting the problem and installing the new equipment needed. He explained the various options we could choose from and the guarantees included with each option. He did the work and fixed our door. We highly recommend this very responsive company and Mike, the technician.

Brian our service technician did an excellent job!!! He was friendly and very professional!! He explained what needed to be done, got the job done efficiently, cleaned up and explained the new system, showing us how to use it and also set our car’s garage door buttons!! Brian and son did a complete overhaul of my garage door, replaced the motor and also reinforced the door. I could not be more pleased with the result.
