I heard a new sound when opening the garage door. Based on my previous good experience I called Precision. I had a same day appointment. Your technician Brett Owens called ahead and arrived early. He immediately identified and showed me the failing bracket. He patiently explained the problem to me and what the cost would be. Brett completed the work in a professional and workman like manner. He is a great ambassador for you company.

Our spring on the double garage door was broken, locking both of our cars (and us) in. On the day before Thanksgiving, we called Precision and explained our predicament. Despite being completely scheduled for the day, the very pleasant, helpful woman on the phone said she's fit us in later that afternoon. The company that installed our garage doors said, "We can't be there until Monday." Mike arrived within the window of time quoted and did a very professional job in correcting the problem and installing the new equipment needed. He explained the various options we could choose from and the guarantees included with each option. He did the work and fixed our door. We highly recommend this very responsive company and Mike, the technician.
